Abyss-IR places Gluttony in one of the Four Mirrors of Lucifenia. She then makes it incredibly difficult for anyone but Presi to remove.Elluka exorcises the demon, it jumps to Presi, and he's killed.
Obviously, Ney and Abyss-IR just wait until Elluka pisses off before later replanting the Demon of Pride onto Riliane at Anne's funeral.
