Description:
After the St. Bartholomew’s Day Massacre, the War of the Three Henrys erupted and caused the institution of the Bourbon monarchy. King Henry IV of France converted to Catholicism but issued the Edict of Nantes in 1598 which gave Huguenots limited freedoms. This is SP because it is an example of the king's power.
