Description:
- A rebellion had broke out in Bactria- The Bactrians took refugee in a citadel high in the cliffs
- Alexanders army quickly get up there and the Bactrians surrendered
- One story says the Alexander met Roxane at the citadel another say he met her at a banquet held after these events
- He might have married her out of love but it is much more likely he married her to help him unite Greece and Persia
