Causes: Anger caused by the "intolerable acts" led to the meeting of Patriotic Leaders. They wished to assert their rights to the British.Effects: Boycotts of British goods and passed resolutions for colonial rights. They decided to meet again in May 1775 if England decided to ignore them.
