1 janv. 1781 - The Articles of Confederation
Description:
The Articles of Confederation were ratified in 1781. The document consisted of 13 parts, including how much power the national government would have and how much power the individual states governments would have, and whether it would be a democracy or would have checks and balances so that the elites could rule. The Articles of Confederation were made by the second continental congress. Because America was independent at this point in time, America took it upon themselves to make new states through the Northwest Ordinance.
