Description:
John Calvin went to Geneva and turn the city completely into a Calvinist area, a major branch of the Protestant Reformation. It became known as one of the great centers of Protestant Reformation, while many refugees came for religious reasons. Geneva became important because was the main city for the start of Calvinism, which spread later.
