Description:

We gave our staff the morning to explore the four different design principles. At the end of that time, we had each staff member write his or her name on a sticky note and place it on a piece of chart paper for the appropriate investigation team they would like to be more involved with. From there, our core members sorted them into smaller groups where necessary. The teams were given the afternoon to do some brainstorming and create a document that listed ideas. At the end of the day, groups all gathered together in the library and participated in a jigsaw activity so that everyone got to hear ideas from the three other principles.
