I message Allen that I turn in my 2 weeks, and he did not respond. Instead, he calls the manager, Bob, at that location, and discussed it on speaker. (Thank you, Bob!) Bob tells Allen to give me a raise and even said a lot of nice things about me. Allen's response was "She gets paid too much in my opinion for the work she does." I immediately felt no more regret after I put in my 2 weeks notice. Allen then calls me and tells me to keep being normal and to wait out the 2 weeks. But he still wanted me to stay at that location if I decided to stay with the company. I didn't like that idea, so I said nope, I am quitting.
