1 janv. 1897 - J.J. Thomson Discovers Electrons
Description:
J.J. Thomson discovered electrons and noticed that an atom can be divided. He also made the conclusion that atoms are made of positive cores and negatively charged particles within it. He developed a model named the Plum Pudding Model. The model show that electrons are surrounded by a "pudding" positive charges to balance the negative. He experimented with a cathode ray tube to come to this conclusion.
