Description:
The Stamp Act was put into place by the British Parliament. They put taxes on paper, newspaper, ship's papers, legal documents, licenses, other publications, and even playing cards were taxed. All the money,they have gathered from the stamp, were sent out to the cost of the defending and protecting the american frontier near the Appalachian mountains.
