Description:
The Declaration of Independence has been sent of to King George to diminish Britain control and the AoC has been written. The 2nd Continental Congress causes the ratification of Articles of Confederation to provide the americas with a government after they had been detached from Britain.Since the Articles of Confederation were ratified, it was shown that a unicameral congress was weak and that the national authority needed to be stronger.
