31 déc. 1974 - More than 130,000 refugees from Vietnam, Kampuchea, Laos, and China enter the United States through the Indochina Migration and Refugee Assistance Act (IMRA Act), fleeing their native countries’ Communist governments. Many of them are of ethnic Chinese origin.
