Wanted to extend the American ideals of freedom and liberty throughout the world. The idea of freedom began to spread throughout the United States. Europe and Asia were curious about the new rights of the American people, but they honestly did not care. This was the speech that was saying, we have rights to and these rights should be given to the people of America. This speech stands for a socially message, Which stands for the four basic rights of the people of the United States.
