7 janv. 1890 - Glasgow Style

Description:

The "Glasgow Style" was created by Mackintosh and his contemporaries, Herbert MacNair and two sisters, Margaret and Frances MacDonald. They became friends when they were students during the 1890s and, known as "the four", came to show their works around the world.
From refined furniture in museums to elegant buildings in city parks, the simple and sophisticated art nouveau designs became icons that can still be seen throughout Glasgow.
