Description:
Canonization of the Bible didn't take place at any one time but the 27 books of the New Testament had been accepted by most of church by this time. Two events in the canonization process are Athanasins sending a letter with the books of the New Testament listed in 367 AD and the Council of Corthege in 397 AD.
