Fortnite continues to be successful with its free-to-play and pay for extra cosmetics model. It has a massive player base of all ages that keeps on growing. Epic Games is also constantly improving and making changes to the game to keep things fresh. Vehicles were added to the game, such as a shopping cart and golf cart. Other items such as Jet Packs were also added to increase the chaotic nature of the game. Fortnite continues to make a lot of money off of players purchasing in game currency to purchase "Battle Passes" which gives players motivation to play and complete challenges to unlock unique skins for their characters.
