Description:
Groups of socialists set up a 'Provisional Executive Committee of the Soviet of Workers' Deputies, like in 1905. 600 members attended Tauride Palace and elected the Menshevik Chkheidze as its Chairman.Provisional Duma Committee set up as the new government, the next day the cabinet was announced.
