Description:

The league of nations tried to take control of the situation.They listened to both sides of the story and ruled that Japan withdraw from Manchuria.Japan did not listen and kept doing what they were doing.this also shows that the league of nations is not strong at all.A country can disobey the rulings by the league and there's nothing they can do about it.
