After conducing reconnaissance in the Hudson Bay area as part of the planning for war plan Red by the United States the renowned pilot Charles Lindbergh was arrested when his aircraft suffered engine trouble and was forced to land south of Toronto, thereby uncovering documentation of his covert operations.
