1 janv. 1838 - Matthias Jakob Schleiden & Theodor Schwann
Description:
Schleiden studied plant cells and discovered that they as well have a nucleus. He then proposed the theory: each new cell developed from the nucleus. Schwann, after studying Schleiden's findings, discovered similarities in animal cells. With this, Schwann found that all organisms contain cells.
