Description:

Stalin calls for the end of the Berlin Blockade, acknowledging the fact that the Western Allies would not abandon the city, as initially thought of. Stalin would only grant lifting the blockade if another meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers was held, which was accepted. Here terms were laid, and the blockade was lifted.
