Description:

Jedediah Smith left Missouri on May 27 to go to the Santa Fe trade. Santa Fe was also a well known fur trading route. He also established the South Pass there. After which Jedediah Smith has been attacked by the Mohave Indians ten men had died and he continued. Jedediah continued on from there and was attacked again.
