Louis Le Prince created the first single lens camera which shot a set of moving pictures on paper film creating some of the first films however these would never be shown as he would diaper before he could show it he and his luggage vanished before he could present his new film in the states i chose this as a key point on the timeline as it shows that even from the begging the film industry was cruel and unforgiving to some and as prince came in to contact with Edison during a law suit over his camera Edison eventually won the law suit which was later overruled after princes death as the idea of a filming camera was no longer seen as Edison sole invention.
