- Philip and Brian look out the walkway window at the Atlanta skyline. Brian wonders why David Chalmers came back from the dead if he was never bitten. They decide to start taking more precautions and sterilise more stuff. Philip wants to drop the conversation so they move on.
- That night Philip has a nightmare about biters trying to break into his home in Waynesboro, Georgia. Penny screams for him and he collapses through the floor.
