Description:

The Second Continental Congress was held to get ready for war with the British. In this meeting, a Continental army was made, it was authorised to print paper money to pay for soldiers and resources, a comittee was made to coduct foreign government relationships, an olive branch was attempted to be made only for it to be denied by the British, the Declaration of Independence was created to split apart from Britan offically, and the continental congress was made the colonies' central government body under the articles of confederation.
