Description:
Experiment:
Democritus' experiment was one where he would cut up clay or cheese in half, and then keep cutting it in half until it was uncuttable. So, the clay would end as a very small half.
Discovery:
This was when he then discovered and proposed a theory that there was such thing as the atom, which would be something that is too small to cut.
Model:
As seen on the image, his model was where he would constantly cut the clay in half until it was too small to cut.
