Description:
On December 13, 1545 the first session of the Council of Trent was, the 19th ecumenical council of church, prompted by Protestant Reformation. Where this has also been described as embodiment of the Counter-Reformation. These meetings were held to address, statements, heresies, and to clarify the church teaching and doctrine. Which included sculpture, biblical canon, sacred tradition, originalism, justification, salvation, the sacraments, the Mass and the veneration of saints. This council met for 25 sessions between December 13, 1545 and December 4, 1563.
