21 h 26 oct. 2003 ans - Negan kills the other groups leader, he names his bat 'Lucille' and forms the Saviors. (Here's Negan!)

Description:

- Day 99
- That night around a campfire, Negan gives Amber (a girl from the other group) his jacket to keep her warm. The other group's leader asks him if he wants to "try out the merchandise" implying rape Amber. Negan gets seriously angry at this statement and reminds the guy that its the living versus the dead so lets treat the living nicer.
- The other leader pushes Negan into barbed wire which leaves a large scar on Negan's right. The two fight and Negan reaches for his bat which he uses to repeatedly bash the leader's head in which scares both groups.
- Negan is scared at what he did but keeps himself together. He gets his jacket and starts to wrap his bat in the barbed wire.
- He apologises for scaring everyone and tells them who Lucille was and that she helped him cope with the world. He then names his baseball bat Lucille and tells the other group that they're their saviors.
- One member from the other group named John asks how Negan expects them to fall in line to him after what he did. Negan nicknames him 'Big Balled Motherfucker' and tells him: Here's Negan!
