15 h 22 juill. 2003 ans - Lucille dies, Negan and Jeremy evacuate the hospital. (Here's Negan!)

Description:

- Day 3
- Lucille has now lost all her hair to cancer and is on her death bed. Negan tries to stay hopeful and believe she'll beat cancer. A doctor rushes past the room and alerts them that the hospital is evacuating. He tries to get Negan to come with them but he won't leave Lucille. Outside a car explodes and people start eating each other. Negan barricades the door and check on his wife who has died.
- Lucille reanimates. He kisses her on the head and leaves.
- Outside the room a kid named Jeremy is being attacked by two zombies so Negan kills them, saving the kid. He feels guilty about it, believing he just killed two people, even if they were crazy but Jeremy tells him they were dead on the ground before.
- Negan asks him if he could put down his wife for him so Jeremy does.
- Shortly after Jeremy leaves and tries to make it back home. Negan offers to drive him there and they go to find a car. Negan starts acting weird and talking loads about sex and trying to be funny despite Lucille dying not long ago.
- Jeremy is attacked in the car park and dies. Negan finds a car and drives home by himself, passing a now reanimated Jeremy.
