Description:

-Fought by British, Canadian, Commonwealth, American and French forces against the Italian-German Axis forces

-Was fought in the Libyan and Egyptian deserts and in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.

-Was fought because North Africa had a lot of natural resources as well as oil and other materials needed by the Axis forces.
