-It was the first atomic bomb ever created and dropped-The US dropped the bombs after obtaining the consent of the United Kingdom, as it was required by the Quebec Agreement
-150,000 died, half of them on the first day, the rest died from wounds and radioactive poisoning
-The bomb was called "Little boy"
