As we've descended into the 21st Century, consumers are becoming far more savvy to the cost and environmental impact of their purchases, with the iPad's immense success strongly pushing consumers to digital.
This has led to many newspapers, books and other printed mediums decreasing their physical printing as they move to digital formats instead.
Even posters are decreasing in quantity, as advertisers can spend less to get more exposure than posters give, making them far more cost effective.
