- Day 254
- Rick wakes up after being asleep for twenty-six hours. Carol who is fine asks him how he is and kisses him. Rick tells her that he is still in love with Lori and there are more men out there.
- She leaves and Dale enters. He informs Rick than a few people think he's crazy and has too much power. They've voted to form a committee made up of Rick, Dale, Hershel and Tyreese. Rick gets dressed and goes to see the others who are helping farm.
- Rick makes a long speech about how the old world is dead along with its laws and rules, that in most cases you have to kill to survive, and that "we are The Walking Dead".
