Description:
Mexican government announces the expropriation of US, Dutch and British oil companies. USA attempts to put pressure on Mexico, but GNP makes their threats weak. With the fall of France in 1940, agree to a $24 million payment from Mexico plus 3% interest, for a total of $29 million.
