18 mars 1766 - Declaratory Act
Description:
Britain tried to save face by passing this act which dictated that Britain had the right to pass any laws over the colonies. This was after the repeal of the Sugar and Stamp Acts. The colonists were incited by this act to continue to rebel because Britain had not let up on its attempts to control the colonies.
