13 h 30 min, 9 mars 2004 ans - Dexter and Andrew try to throw them out, Michonne saves Otis. (Issue 18) (Issue 19)

Description:

- Day 245
- After throwing out Thomas' body to be eaten by Roamers Dexter and Andrew show up armed and threaten to kill the survivors if they don't leave.
- Rick asks where they got the guns and Dexter tells them they were from A-Block. Just then a large group of roamers burst out of A-Block and everyone including Dexter and Andrew start to defend the place.
- Rick saves Dexter from getting bit which Dexter shrugs off saying it won't change his mind.
- Meanwhile outside the gates, Otis has arrived. He tries to get inside but is surrounded by Roamers. A mysterious woman in a cloak with a katana saves him.
- The roamers are almost killed and in the confusion, Rick shoots Dexter at point blank range in the head. He blames his death on a stray bullet.
- The group welcomes back Otis and lets the woman named Michonne stay.
- Andrew runs out the prison into the wilderness never to be seen again (until day 265).
