15 janv. 2015 - Money and Permits are still standing in the way

Description:

Since the project is projected to cost $30 million dollars, there have been challenges trying to reach that goal due to it being raised mostly by grants and private donors. Jason Carey says they should be on track to recieve both the rest of the money and the rest of the permits by the next year, 2016. He had found a document from 1838 that said the removal of the original rocks from the river cost around $30,000 an amount that is nowhere near what it will cost for the rocks to be put back today. They have to work out the details of where the rocks are being placed along with other decisions before they can file their permit requests.
