Description:

- Day 203
- Rick asks Hershel about a more permanent place to stay such as the barn because they're sick of the RV. Hershel tells him that the barn is where they keep the dead.
- Rick asks what he means and the two get into an argument about killing or saving roamers. Rick wants to go in the barn and kill them all until Hershel tells him that his son, Shawn, is in the barn.
- Hershel explains that he was bitten before they fortified the fence (see day 3). He couldn't bring himself to put him down so he kept Shawn and others in the barn. Rick tries to tell him that they're not alive and need to be put to rest but Hershel doesn't want to hear it.
