Description:

- Day 102
- Lee and Kenny walk through the streets of Macon on a supply run. Kenny asks Lee what his opinion is about leaving the Motel in the RV. Lee can vote to stay, leave or split up. Lilly's adamant on staying, though the Save-Lots Bandits have been giving them hell for days.
- They approach the destroyed remains of the Everett Pharmacy Drugstore, with a military plane crashed through the roof. Kenny climbs up a ladder onto the side of a truck causing it to come loose. When Lee tries to climb up it breaks off. Kenny can't pull him up because of his gunshot wound (see day 95). Lee looks around for an alternate way up. He hooks a jeep's winch to the axel of a truck and reels it in.
- Lee climbs onto the jeep, Kenny tries to pull him up but accidentally drops him because of his wound. No dead appear, however a blood-curdling scream is heard and a filthy woman named Beatrice comes running out one of the buildings as walkers chase and surround her. She screams for help and is bitten on the ankle. Lee thinks they should shoot her out of mercy. However Kenny thinks they should leave her alive to draw all of the hidden walkers out and giving them more time to gather supplies.
- If Lee shoots Beatrice, her body will be devoured and the walkers will approach Lee and Kenny, giving them less time to get supplies. If Lee leaves her, she'll be eaten alive and distract the walkers long enough for them to gather more supplies.
- Lee and Kenny quickly scavenge what's left inside the pharmacy. Lee can gather a total of twenty items if Beatrice wasn't shot, or he can not take anything. Eventually the walkers lose interest in Beatrice and start to break into the Drugstore. Lee follows Kenny but is trapped under a door when walkers break in. If Lee sided with Kenny in the meat locker (see day 95) then Kenny will help Lee push the door up. If not then Kenny will stand and watch as Lee struggles.
- Lee pushes over a fridge, crushing a walker and blocking the door. A military pilot walker almost bites Lee but is impaled on a piece of rebar. Lee and Kenny escape the Drugstore through a hole in the wall.
