20 h 22 juill. 2003 ans - The group arrives at Macon and are saved by Carley and Glenn, Lilly's father Larry has a heart attack. (A New Day)

Description:

- Day 3
- The group runs out of gas in Macon, Georgia. Kenny asks a man for help who turns out to be a zombie, a swarm surrounds the group and Duck is grappled to the floor and covered in blood. The zombie is shot by a woman named Carley and Glenn urges the group to get inside before padlocking the gate once everyone's inside the Everett Pharmacy Drugstore.
- Lilly scolds Carley and Glenn for leaving the store and putting them at risk. An argument breaks out and Clementine needs to pee. Lee's group try to defend themselves and Lilly's father, Larry realises that Duck was attacked and believes him to be bitten, insisting they throw him out. Katjaa tries to tell them that he's not bitten while Larry explains to the group that getting bit is how you turn. Lee can choose to defend Kenny, side with Larry or stay neutral during the argument. Eventually the group calms down when they realise that Duck isn't bitten.
- Just then, Clementine opens the bathroom door and a zombie falls out and attacks her. Lee rushes over but slips and hits his head. He can carry on moving and rescue Clementine or not help. Either way, Carley shoots the zombie. More dead pound on the Pharmacy's door from the outside, the military arrive and the swarm is drawn away by the sound of gunfire.
- Larry starts having a go at Carley before crippling down in pain from a heart attack. Katjaa asks if he needs Nitroglycerin pills which are locked away in the pharmacy. Glenn suggests they get loads of gas to get out of downtown Macon and goes to a motel around the corner to siphon it, Lee gives him Clementine's radio just in case. Kenny appoints Doug as their lookout and assures Lilly that they'll work on getting her dad his medicine.
- The group settles down. Lee can go around and interact with everyone in the Pharmacy. Lee is able to give three energy bars out to Clementine, Carley, Duck or Lilly.
- Lee can fix a radio for Carley. Once it's on, Steve informs everyone that the death toll continues to skyrocket and urges everyone to stay indoors before having to go off-air as gunshots are heard in the background.
- Lilly can tell Lee that they pulled an elderly couple's bodies out the office when they got here. Lee is saddened but doesn't mention that they were his parents.
- At some point Lee and Doug can go outside and observe the zombies as they just eat and eat.
- If Lee sided with Kenny then he and Katjaa will be grateful of Lee's support for them. If Lee sided with Larry, then Kenny will be hostile but calms down when Katjaa reminds him that they're all scared and still strangers. Lee can tell them that his parents owned this store.
