Description:

- Pre-Outbreak
- Rick Grimes and his partner Shane are chasing a criminal named Reggie who has escaped from prison. Whilst waiting for backup they're pinned down behind their car. Rick decides to reposition whilst Shane covers him, however while running over to a ditch, Shane is shot in the hand, followed by Rick who falls into a coma.
- Later on while Rick is recovering in hospital, his brother Jeffrey is notified, however can't return home from Barcelona due to quarantines.
