Marks wins by a landslide, having no real opposition other than The Underground and Rogue. He plans to start his phases as soon as he feels safe to do so. During his first year, he doubled down on Christianity as the only religion, along with church and state together. He turned a blind eye to all racism and said it ended. He also cut taxes and defunded more programs. There he increased the military.
