A series of protests in the immediate aftermath of the runoff of the Ukrinian presidential election, which was marred by fraud. A revoke was ordered by the the Ukrainian Supreme Court. Under intense scrutiny, the vote swapped to Ukranian populist Vickor Yushchenko, who increased cooperation with NATO re: troop deployment to iraq and peacekeepers to Kosovo.
