Description:

This drive was the first to send pledge requests to people at their places of work rather than approaching them on the street or in their homes. Though the campaign had to be extended due to a delay returning pledges, the drive was ultimately successful and helped set the precedent for future workplace drives. It also helped to include businesses in the giving process and created natural teams by company, which helped to make community giving more of a community activity.
