20 juill. 2016 - Significant right knee pain

Description:

Pain on inside of right knee about 250km in to the bike trip to Portland. Had to stop and bus the rest of the way. Sounds like it could be patellofemoral syndrome, but undiagnosed.
When: July, 2016.
Cause: Likely because we had little training leading up to the cycle tour. Though sometimes felt the same pain on the way home from work when leg is bent in the truck.

Continued throughout year, noticed when sitting down and getting up. Still haven't been able to return to biking fast/long distances.
