Some time after 8 PM, I begin to browse on Reddit. Reddit is an example of the cultural, social, and political impact of globalization, as it is an online series of forums (known as Subreddits) with a global audience. On it, I, as a Canadian user, am exposed to a variety of international viewpoints and experiences, enriching my own knowledge as an individual. This influences me in that it keeps me more connected on global affairs, meaning that politically I am more aware of the world around us.
