As the war began killing more and more young Dixons, Wilson instituted a policy which would allow mobility for nonwhites in the CSA. If they served in the Armed Forces for the benefit of the CSA, they would be allowed citizenship. They would still be separate, but equal.Ajouté au bande de temps:
