Another much debated painting by TIZIANO in the series 'Déjà-vu' with an interactive timeline in myHistro (1): 'Allegory of marriage'dated ca. 1533, 121 x 107 cm.
The 15 repetitions of TIZIANO's masterwork, which I compiled to the best of my knowledge, encompass 7 oil paintings, one miniature lost but copied as a watercolour, two drawings, 3 engravings and one illustration. They belong to museums or to public or private collections : 6 works in France, 4 in England, 2 in USA, 1 in Belgium, 1 in Finland and only one work is presently in Italy.
