Description:
In the time of the Cold War, the fear of communism was rampant. The HUAC was accusing many people in Hollywood of being communist and spreading communist ideals through their work in film. 10 of these people, who became known as the Hollywood Ten, decided to denounce the work of the HUAC. They were blacklisted and put in jail- and in the eye of the American public.
