Apr 1911 - F send army to Fez (went against Algeciras Act); July 1 - G’s Panther anchored off Agadir (Panther’s Leap); F govt divided on how to react to G’s actions - Caillaux wanted rapprochement w/ G; de Selves asked B to sent warships to Mogador → B hinted that F should offer concession to G; G attempted to split TripEnt but Ent held together and G defeated again but relation b/w B and F unclear - not sure of B’s support very reliable.
